Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or making an online payment. By accessing our LMS or making a transaction via PayHere or Bank Deposit, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Acceptance & Institutional Details
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "Student", "Parent/Guardian", or "User") and Cambridge Success Centre ("the Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), an established educational institution with primary premises situated at:

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
User Accounts & Single-Student License
Upon successful enrollment, each student is granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive educational license to access purchased curriculum content:
- Accurate Registration: Students must provide true, complete, and updated personal details (legal name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address) during checkout.
- Prohibition on Credential Sharing: Account login credentials, access tokens, and passwords may not be shared, loaned, or distributed to non-enrolled persons. The LMS tracks concurrent active logins and unauthorized IP anomalies.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at
support@cambridgesuccess.lkif unauthorized access is suspected.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Laws
All videos, audio recordings, lecture slides, interactive grammar exercises, speech prompts, model answers, revision booklets, examination mock papers, and brand logos displayed on this LMS are the exclusive intellectual property of Cambridge Success Centre.
- Recording screen videos, audio capturing, scraping, or ripping video streams from the platform.
- Downloading, redistributing, broadcasting, or publishing our video lectures onto YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, or social media.
- Selling, renting, sublicensing, or copying curriculum materials for commercial or tutoring purposes.
Violators will face immediate account termination without refund and will be prosecuted under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Fees, Currency & Payment Terms
All financial transactions conducted via our web portal are subject to the following conditions:
All prices listed on the platform are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.) unless an international student selects a designated foreign currency.
Online credit/debit card checkouts, FriMi, Genie, and internet banking transactions are processed securely via PayHere LK under Central Bank guidelines.
For monthly school syllabus classes, course fees are due before the 5th of each calendar month. Access remains active subject to timely fee settlement.
Cambridge Success Centre reserves the right to introduce discounts, promotions, or adjust future batch fees without retroactive effect on existing purchases.
Student Code of Conduct & Live Zoom Sessions
Students participating in interactive lectures and campus activities must observe standard academic ethics:
- Mutual Respect: Abusive, disruptive, defamatory, or inappropriate comments directed at lecturers, administrators, or fellow peers will lead to immediate expulsion.
- Zoom Classroom Etiquette: Students must log into live sessions using their verified Full Name and Student ID. Video cameras may be required during interactive spoken evaluations.
- Academic Integrity: Speech recordings and quiz submissions must reflect the authentic, unassisted work of the enrolled student.
Certificates & Academic Assessments
Official Certificates of Completion are awarded based on satisfactory fulfillment of course requirements (e.g. 100% video lesson viewing, minimum 75% quiz average score, and approved speech assessments). The Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates where academic fraud or attendance shortfalls are detected.
Service Availability & Downtime Disclaimers
We maintain 99.5% LMS availability uptime targets. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to periodic scheduled security maintenance, cloud server upgrades, or third-party telecommunications network failures. We are not liable for external internet service provider (ISP) latency or student hardware malfunctions.
Educational Outcome Disclaimer: While our courses provide Cambridge-aligned training, individual exam results and language proficiency depend primarily on individual student dedication, practice, and attendance.
Account Suspension & Termination
Cambridge Success Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access without prior notice or refund under the following conditions:
- Unauthorized distribution, scraping, or recording of proprietary course lectures.
- Sharing account login details with external unauthorized individuals.
- Fraudulent payment attempts, chargebacks, or bounced cheques.
- Repeated breach of student conduct regulations during live lectures.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Negombo / Western Province, Sri Lanka to settle any dispute or legal claim arising from these Terms or use of the services.
